The Navajo Nation Supreme Court building will be closed for services starting on Monday, October 24, 2022, at 8 a.m. and ending Thursday, October 27, 2022, at 5 p.m., due to staff attending mandatory training.  The Supreme Court will resume normal business hours on Friday, October 28, 2022.

 

The Supreme Court may be reached by email at nnsupremecourt@navajo-nsn.gov. The Supreme Court will also be checking voicemails left at its phone number (928) 871-6763 periodically throughout the day.

 

The Window Rock Judicial District will be accepting fax filings for the Supreme Court.  Faxes may be sent to Window Rock District Court at (928) 871-7560. Filings may also be emailed to nnsupremecourt@navajo-nsn.gov or sent by USPS mail to P.O. Box 1779, Window Rock, AZ 86515. In-person filings from the Judicial Districts of lower court records will be accepted by the Window Rock Judicial District; please contact Ms. Ernestine Begay, Court Clerk. Window Rock District Court may be reached at (928) 206-7469 or (928) 871-6626.

 

If you email the Supreme Court from a non-Navajo Nation email address, make sure to verify your email address by following the instructions sent back to you by email. The Navajo Nation uses a sender verification system to eliminate spam, bulk, and malicious emails.
